Your team does the same sequence of tasks every day - copy data from here, paste it there, send that email, update that sheet. It works, but it is slow, error-prone, and expensive in human time.
Your tools do not talk to each other, so your team does the talking. Data gets copied manually. Emails get sent individually. Spreadsheets get updated by hand. It all works, but it eats hours every week and mistakes are inevitable.
Processes that run themselves.
Automated workflows that connect your existing tools and run repetitive processes without human intervention. We audit what you do, map the processes that can be automated, build the workflows, test them with real data, and monitor them in production. Every workflow is documented and version-controlled.
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
- Workflow audit and mapping (what you do, what could be automated)
- Integration architecture (connect your CRM, inbox, calendar, sheets, tools)
- n8n or Make.com workflow builds
- API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
- Conditional logic and branching
- Error handling and retry mechanisms
- Monitoring and alerting on workflow failures
- Documentation of every workflow
From audit to automation.
Audit
We map your current processes - what your team does, what tools they use, where the bottlenecks and errors are.
Map processes
We identify which processes can be automated and design the workflow architecture.
Build workflows
We build the workflows in n8n or Make.com, connecting your tools with conditional logic, error handling and retries.
Test with real data
We run dry tests with your actual data to make sure everything works correctly before going live.
Deploy and monitor
We deploy the workflows, set up monitoring and alerting, and hand over documentation.
The engineering behind it.
- Stack options
- Primary platform: n8n (self-hosted on VPS) or Make.com (cloud). Hermes cron for scheduled tasks. Custom API endpoints where off-the-shelf integrations do not exist.
- Integrations
- Any tool with an API: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), email (Gmail, Outlook), calendar (Google, Cal.com), spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Airtable), messaging (Slack, Teams), databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite), payment processors (Stripe, Square).
- Security
- Workflows run on your infrastructure or ours. API keys stored encrypted. Access control per workflow. Audit logs for every execution. Error notifications to your team.
- Deployment
- Self-hosted n8n on VPS or cloud. All workflows version-controlled in Git. Documented with architecture diagrams and runbooks.
Hours of manual work eliminated per week, with fewer errors and full auditability.
Your team stops copying and pasting. Data flows automatically between your tools. Processes run on schedule without anyone remembering to start them. And you have a clear audit trail of everything that happened.
Any business running repetitive processes across multiple tools that should talk to each other but do not.
Three ways to start.
- Single workflow automation
- Two-tool integration
- Basic error handling and monitoring
- Multi-step workflow with branching logic
- Multiple tool integrations
- Error handling, retries and alerting
- Full documentation
- Complex workflow with custom API integrations
- Human-in-the-loop approval steps
- Priority support and ongoing monitoring
- Quarterly optimisation reviews

Common questions.
What kind of processes can be automated?
Almost any repetitive digital process: lead capture and CRM updates, invoice generation and sending, email sequences, data synchronisation between tools, report generation, order processing, calendar management, social media scheduling, and more.
Do I need technical skills to manage the workflows?
No. We build and manage them. You get documentation and a dashboard to monitor status. If something fails, you get an alert and we fix it.
What if my tool does not have an API?
Most modern tools have APIs. For tools that do not, we can use webhooks, email parsing, or custom connectors. We will find a way.
How do you handle errors?
Every workflow has error handling and retry mechanisms built in. If a step fails, the workflow retries (configurable count) and alerts you if it cannot recover. You get a clear log of what happened.
Can you automate processes that involve human approval?
Yes. Workflows can pause and wait for human approval before continuing. For example: a purchase order is drafted, sent to you for approval, and only processed once you approve it.
What if I need to change a workflow later?
Workflows are documented and version-controlled. Changes are straightforward. If you are on a retainer, we handle changes as part of the ongoing management.
Tell us the problem.
One sentence is enough. We will tell you if workflow automation is the right move, what it would cost, and what kind of impact to expect. No obligation, no hard sell.
